We have negotiated a special rate offer for the exhibitors at this event. The Vivanta by Taj – President, a 5 Star Luxury Hotel, is the “Official Hotel” for the SCaT India Tradeshow 2012. It is located within 5 minutes walking distance from the venue, World Trade Center. Being peak tourist season, occupancy rates in the month of November are particularly heavy, so advance bookings are strongly recommended.

• Room rates are applicable on per room per night basis.
• Taxes applicable are additional and currently to the tune of 16.18%.
• Any changes in the tax structure will be levied as applicable.
• Valid only for advance bookings for the duration of the Tradeshow

Value additions: Buffet Breakfast at the coffee shop

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:Check-in time will be 1400 hrs and check-out time is 1200 hours.
Early check in and late check out charges will be applicable as per hotel norms.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 48 hours prior to date of arrival. No-Show attracts one night room retention charge.

The reservation must be guaranteed against Credit Card.
